The following conditions are advised to obtain WRITTEN consent from physician before using: pregnancy or lactating, heart disease and/or other cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, using medications such as diuretics, barbiturates, anticholinergics, beta blockers, hemophiliacs or those prone to excessive bleeding, implants, sensitive skin or poor blood circulation.

Hydration is key before and after; user must acclimate to higher heat levels over several weeks.
